Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been shortlisted for a prestigious award.
The Salisbury-based firm’s business space team has been nominated in the inaugural South Coast Property Awards.
The team is vying for the Industrial & Logistics Property Consultancy of the year title against three other firms.
This award is given to the property consultancy that has completed the most industrial/logistics deals across the region during 2015.
It is sponsored by commercial property market intelligence data gathering firm CoStar Group using its own collated information on volumes and total square footage in the sector.

The Myddelton and Major team will join hundreds of property agents, developers and professionals at the annual celebration of the South Coast property market at the Hilton Ageas Bowl, near Southampton, on Thursday, July 7 to find out if they have won.
The South Coast Property Awards is organised and staged by The Business Magazine and supported by the Southampton, Portsmouth and Bournemouth property associations.
Myddelton & Major was also named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2015 for the fourth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
