Bournemouth and Poole-based TeamJobs has appointed recruitment specialist Sally Bennett to head up its new Executive Search division.
TeamJobs, a former *Dorset Company of the Year, opened new, three-storey offices in Bournemouth town centre in May, to house its expanding hospitality and commercial divisions.
Sally Bennett, a former executive recruitment director with 13 years of industry experience, will now spearhead its advance into executive recruitment, sourcing candidates from senior manager to board level, both nationally and internationally.
Sally said: “I first met Jason Gault, the MD of TeamJobs, when I was HR Business Partner at Farrow & Ball, and I was immediately impressed by his approach to the industry, his ambition and his vision for the future of his business. So I am extremely excited to be leading the Executive Search division.
She continued: “I will be harnessing the vast network of people who want to relocate here to Bournemouth.
“The whole area is experiencing incredible growth and has become a real hotspot for executives looking for great jobs and a great lifestyle.
“My aim is to bring new talent to the businesses here, recruiting not just locally, but also from across the country and even from outside the UK.”

The company’s industrial and engineering and technical divisions are situated at its Poole headquarters, at 30 Parkstone Road.
