Berry Recruitment in Northampton has promoted Regine Coulter to run its new catering and hospitality division.

Manager Rachel Murphy saw an opportunity to develop the branch that already recruits workers for the office and industrial sectors.

The new department will source staff for all kitchen and front of house roles including chefs, waiters, kitchen porters and managers.

Regine, who has risen rapidly at the business, wants to grow the division and sees huge potential in Northampton and the surrounding areas.

The team at the Sheep Street offices recruits both for permanent and temporary positions.

The branch is part of the family-owned Berry Recruitment Group (BRG) which operates from 35 locations across England and Wales.

Manager Rachel said: “There is a great team here including Paula Griffin who runs the office and professional desk and is hugely experienced.

“As a group we have identified catering as a growth area and in Northampton there was definitely an opportunity.

“Regine has worked her way up from ‘resourcer’ and has all the skills, determination and support to develop this new area of business.

“There is a high demand for catering staff not just seasonally, but through the year.

“Our aim is to recruit high quality staff for our clients which already include hotels, pubs, contract caterers and event organisers.

“Our group experience allows us to offer hospitality training, in-depth advice and excellent work opportunities.”
