The Marsham Court Hotel’s newest, special interest break enables guests to improve their health and wellbeing, whilst indulging in delicious chocolate.
The one-night, Healthy Lifestyle break comprises a Mind Spa, a Healthy Chocolate Masterclass and dinner, bed and breakfast and is the newest addition to the Marsham Court’s growing, special interest business which already includes Art, Bridge, Whist, Bowls, Tango and Sequence Dance holidays.
Jane Swift, Business Development Director at the former Bournemouth Hotel of the Year, said: “Special interest breaks have been a key, growth area for us in the past five years and health and wellbeing is a great addition to our offering as it has wide ranging appeal to both visiting groups and existing guests.”
The Mind Spa is delivered by Alexa Warner, owner of The Wellbeing Training Company and creator of Free Fuzion, a combination of gentle, flowing, mindful movements, with relaxation and mood boosting techniques.
The healthy chocolate workshop is with Louise Jones of the Food For Thought Cookery School and teaches guests the value of pure chocolate to the body and how to make dairy free, refined sugar free and gluten free dark chocolate with a natural, salted caramel filling.
Jane Swift added: “The Mind Spa is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and equips you with skills you need to relax and free yourself from stress. While the chocolate masterclass is a natural and delicious introduction to feeding your body well.
“We anticipate Healthy Lifestyle will be popular with groups of female friends enjoying a night away and hen nights too. But we also think it will appeal to residents already staying with us, both men and women.”
The breaks run on selected Sundays in November 2018 and January 2019 and cost £99.00 per person per night (with a sea view supplement and sole occupancy of £10.00 per room per night).
