A leading national car park operator has expanded into new offices in Poole as demand for its services continues to grow.
Britannia Parking has taken the seventh floor of the landmark County Gates House after outgrowing its premises in the town centre.
The company, part of the Britannia Group, has more than 25 years of experience with 545 sites and 300 staff nationwide.
Its move into new headquarters allows the business to create 35 jobs locally and gives it a platform for further expansion across the UK.

Britannia Parking has relocated its 37 employees from two offices, including its former head office at Poole Hill, to a floor formerly occupied by IDE Group at County Gates House.
The new office houses all of the company’s departments, including customer service and processing, finance, service delivery, technical support, sales and marketing, and a 24-hour national CCTV control centre.
Britannia provides bespoke and innovative car parking solutions for a wide variety of public and private clients, including major retailers, supermarkets, councils, institutions, land owners, hotels and leisure operators.
This includes the operation and management of multi-storey, underground, airport, surface and temporary car parks.
Britannia’s investment in technology has included automatic number plate recognition systems (ANPR), online booking of spaces and season tickets, live audit information, online Parking Charge Notice processing and live CCTV monitoring.
As a respected, reputable and highly experienced operator, Britannia is a member of the British Parking Association and the industry’s Approved Operators’ Scheme.
The Britannia Group also provides park and ride services for major blue-chip companies and security services.
County Gates House marks the historic boundary between Bournemouth and Poole.
Britannia’s new office extends over 5,500 sq ft of open plan space. It joins other occupiers including a business and wealth department of a high street bank, well known national insurance company and a PLC technology company
The eight-storeys-high complex offers 50,000 sq ft of space – most of it let on long leases.
The latest renovation of the building included extended office space, a new façade and terrace, an improved reception and foyer, and refurbishment and redecoration throughout.
