The former Sales Manager for Holiday Inn Edinburgh has joined recruitment specialist TeamJobs.
The newest member of TeamJobs’ Hospitality division, Gemma Vincent will recruit for senior, permanent positions for high profile clients including BH Live, Hilton and AFC Bournemouth.
Gemma, has spent the last 14 years with the IHG Hotels Group, starting as a receptionist at the Holiday Express Poole, where she climbed the ladder to become Senior Guest Service Manager.
Eight years ago she moved north of the border to become Sales Manager for IHG’s Holiday Inn Edinburgh.
Now back in Dorset, she said: “It’s a big move from hotel sales into recruitment, but I think my experience in hospitality stands me in perfect stead to find the very best candidates for TeamJobs’ clients.”
TeamJobs has its headquarters in Poole and was named Company of the Year in the Dorset Business Awards 2015.
It moved its growing hospitality and commercial divisions to Hinton Road, Bournemouth in 2016 due to increased demand from hoteliers and restaurants.
Gemma added: “I’ve had a really warm welcome from all the team here.
“They are great at what they do and are really making a name for themselves in a highly competitive industry.
“They also do a lot for the community and I was thrilled to be asked to join them in running for Dorset Cancer Care Foundation in the Bournemouth Marathon Festival in October.”
