One of Wiltshire’s longest-standing property consultancies has added another experienced negotiator to its team.
Myddelton & Major, founded in 1903, has recruited Siobhan Macfadyen to its increasingly busy, residential lettings department.
Siobhan, 33, brings five years of experience in lettings to the Salisbury-based firm.
The keen sportswoman and equestrian who lives in Homington near Salisbury, joins Myddelton & Major from mystudentpod, one of the leading agents for student accommodation in Bournemouth.
Siobhan said: “I’m very much looking forward to working with a new team and the challenges that come with the transition from student accommodation to residential lettings.
“Salisbury’s rich history is mirrored in its properties and Myddelton & Major is a highly-respected name in sales and lettings in the city.
“I am excited by the prospect of working with the many historically important and listed buildings that the agency represents.”
Siobhan’s role will cover all aspects of the lettings process from liaising with tenants and landlords, to managing maintenance and inspections and creating marketing brochures.
Myddelton & Major’s residential lettings team is led by Partner Alastair Brain.
Alastair said: “We are excited to welcome Siobhan. Her appointment will ensure we manage our growing stock of managed property and continue to provide our clients with the high levels of service they expect.”
