Expanding property consultancy Myddelton & Major has won a prestigious award for the ninth year in a row.

“Their dedication to serving clients diligently is second-to-none and our results in 2020 show they consistently deliver the best possible service, whether it is in marketing, valuations, property management or specialist consultancy.

“The exceptionally challenging trading conditions this year have made it particularly difficult for everyone, but this team has continued to promote growth by facilitating vital commercial expansion and bringing new businesses into the county.”

Notable deals this year have included the speculatively developed scheme of new business units at the Swan Centre in Warminster by Nationwide Engineering was all sold or let off plan, several lettings at substantial Warner House, Salisbury, the letting of Fusion House in Downton and the sale of 141 Castle Street, Salisbury for redevelopment as 60 apartments.
