NEW ROLE: Tracy Jenkins has taken over as Managing Director at HWB Chartered Accountants
One of Hampshire’s leading accountancy firms has a new Managing Director as it commemorates its 38th year as a business.
HWB Chartered Accountants has promoted Operations Director Tracy Jenkins to the top role.
She takes over from Geoff Rhodes who had been with HWB since it was established in 1985 until his retirement at the end of last year.
As Operations Director, Tracy worked closely with Geoff for many years and was the natural person to take the helm following Geoff’s retirement.
Tracy said: “It will be a pleasure to manage the firm and an honour to be asked to step into Geoff’s not inconsiderable shoes. I certainly won’t be resting on my laurels as we continue to drive ahead.
“We have achieved steady growth over the years which would not have been possible without the loyalty and support of all our clients and the dedication of our team members.
“I am looking forward to supporting the Director team to foster the firm’s further growth by continuing the focus on outstanding client service.
“I also want to provide professional fulfilment and personal growth opportunities for our exceptionally talented team members.

The firm was founded as a partnership in July 1985 as Hopper Williams & Co, soon became Hopper Williams & Bell and is has been known as HWB since the business converted into a company in 2003.
