Snows MINI Portsmouth has been recognised for giving Motability customers award-winning service.

The showroom in Eastern Road has won a regional award for its work with the Motability Car Scheme, receiving particular praise for its Motability renewals service.

The accolade is part of The Dealer Awards programme run by Motability Operations, which recognises and rewards outstanding customer service provided by local Motability dealerships and ensures that all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the scheme’s national dealer network.

The Awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the scheme to customers, which is assessed by customer feedback and reviews of their performance.

As a regional award winner, Snows MINI Portsmouth will now be entered into the national, annual awards, the winners of which will be announced in 2020.

Snows MINI Portsmouth recently unveiled the results of a £500k refurbishment, including an improved customer waiting area and parking, a revamped used car display area and the very latest, large screen technology for vehicle configuration.
