Pigs scoff pork at inaugural rib eating contest

Ringwood’s inaugural rib-eating competition at The London Tavern had the most dramatic of finishes – a dead heat. The large crowd cheered on 13 chompers who gnawed their way through hundreds of pork ribs.

Peckish pub-goers are invited to enter Ringwood’s inaugural rib eating competition to be held at The London Tavern. Entrants will have 15 minutes to munch the meat from as many pork ribs as they can – prepared by the pub’s top chef.
