Three adjoining houses and a compound of 24 garages in Epsom were sold for more than £1 million at auction this week.
They were among 150 lots in the latest auction held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
Offered as four separate lots, they generated £1.172 million in total at the firm’s auction which ended on Wednesday 1 May.
The properties are located in the established residential area of Rowden Road, close to open space, schools, amenities and good road links via the nearby A20.

- 38 Rowden Road, mid-terrace, two-bedroom house needing refurbishment and modernisation. Sale price £328,000.
- 40 Rowden Road, end-terrace, three-bedroom house in need of complete refurbishment and modernisation. Sale price £311,000.
- Garages 1-24 rear of Crane Court. A freehold site containing 24 lock-up garages, together with the access driveway from Hogsmill Way. Sale price £222,000.
